A: I have been with the Red Cross for nine years.

A: I enjoy working alongside our volunteers and employees to deliver the Red Cross mission.

Q: What do you do when you aren’t working?
A: I spend time with my family and friends.
Q: What is your favorite thing about where you live?
A: Boating during the summer.
Q: What has most surprised you while working with the Red Cross?
A: I am in awe of our volunteer workforce and their compassion to assist people that have been affected by disaster.
Q: What is a Red Cross moment that has stuck with you?
A: During my first several months with the Red Cross, I assisted a volunteer at a home fire. The family we assisted was so appreciative of our services. It was a very moving experience for me; one I will never forget.
Q: What do you wish people knew about working at the Red Cross?
A: I think when people think of the Red Cross they think about disaster relief or donating blood, but a service that people might not know of is our Service to our Armed Forces. The Red Cross provides counseling, guidance, information, referrals and other social services for all military personnel and their families. Before, during, and after deployments, the Red Cross provides training information and support for military members and their families.
Q: Is there anything else you’d like folks to know about you and/or working for the Red Cross?
A: I am proud to represent this amazing organization.
